Join Michele in the beautiful rural outdoors setting in Whitchurch, Bucks to welcome in and celebrate the official beginning of Summer in England.
Drumming is amazing for shifting the brain from releasing stress chemicals and to those beneficial feel good endorphins. It’s superb for triggering deep relaxation states plus leaves you feeling hugely uplifted and energised. It’s fantastic for helping to alleviate anxiety, low mood and depression and so much more.
After the guided meditation and drumming journey there is the opportunity to join in an interactive, playful group drumming session. You will learn some simple rhythms and experience the power of group drumming - it’s incredible and so much fun! I guarantee laughter, smiles and a fabulous shared connection by the end of the session..
No musical or drumming experience necessary, drums provided, or bring your own.

Michele, a fully trained and experienced sound healing practitioner, is teaming up with Shashi, an accredited local clinical aromatherapist. Join them for this retreat which is set in and overlooking the beautiful rural countryside in Whitchurch, Bucks.
Under Shashi’s guidance, learn how to create your own personalised body lotion to take away with you. Drink homegrown herbal teas in a tea ceremony and eat delicious vegan snacks. Michele will then lead you through an intuitively designed soundscape which is set outdoors in nature (cover available) which will help to restore balance and harmony to your mind and body. 1-2-1 sessions 75 mins £55 (lying down or seated/lying down sessions on a sofa)
£60 for bespoke groups of up to 4 people 75 mins including Sound session in the studio. Suitable for sessions with friends, family, partners, pregnant women, pregnant women and partners, wellbeing company event, Hen Do’s, celebrations or your own personal time, pamper.
For larger groups of 8+ bespoke sound sessions in the outdoors covered tipi, Whitchurch, are available during the late Spring and Summer months from £200.
Sound Space
The Sound Space accommodates up to 4 clients and has been created for 1-1 client Sound energy balancing sound sessions and small groups.
The setting is in a beautiful serene, private garden area overlooking the Aylesbury Vale countryside. It has been designed intentionally to predominantly support clients with relaxation, de-stress and immerse themselves fully into this non-invasive holistic practice. More specific sound therapy available dependent on the clients needs.
All sessions are confidential and clients feedback to me is that they feel ‘listened to, understood, very well supported, a very positive connection, safe, respected and are able to relax and unwind….’
1-1 clients can choose from one of the following selection of 1 1/2 hour treatments in a 1-1 session or an appropriate combination after a brief consultation with Michele.
